Every project follows this discipline:
Call us at 516-303-ROOF (7663) or complete the website contact form. We’ll chat about your roofing issues and get some basic details so we understand your needs.
We’ll work together to schedule your inspection for a convenient time. For major projects, you receive a quote within 1-5 days, while smaller projects are quoted immediately.
Once you approve the quote, you’ll be invoiced for the deposit (for major projects only) and added to the job queue. Minor repairs are invoiced upon completion.
Major projects are typically scheduled within two weeks, and minor repairs within 5-10 days. For major projects, you’ll meet your project manager to confirm job details and receive material delivery.
Meet with your project manager for a final inspection to ensure your complete satisfaction. Once the project balance is paid, your warranty (if applicable) will be activated.
